Carignan Old Vines- Shomron

Matured in French oak barrels for 12 months, this wine is a rich purple in color with aromas of cherries, raspberries, and coffee. It is medium bodied with a long well balanced finish. In order to preserve its full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsele filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.
