Merlot Superieur is among the finest Merlot wines ever produced in Israel. The production of this wine was strictly supervised from the start of the growing season, through selective hand harvest, fermentation, racking and barrel aging. This harvest was of especially high quality, due to a very low yields.
The clusters were meticulously picked and fermented using the world's most advanced equipment. Intense plum, licorice, and oak flavors with velvety-smooth texture.
